Or is it Sax with Stranger #.......on a Saturday morning? See what happens when I am sick for a few days. There's just no controlling you (course who would want to - you're too much fun as it is). I think I'd like to live in that guest house - looks beautiful there.
I always enjoy morning sax. Perhaps because my husband was quite good at it. :-) He also looked a bit like the subject of your photo today. His love was music; I was just his wife. He started with strings, playing the cello when I met him, then went to viola, then violin, then studied jazz violin with Dave Balakrishnan, then started playing alto sax, bought a soprano and another alto, too. Traded a couple of them in for a tenor, and it was then he found his fave sound, and kept searching for the perfect mouthpiece. He even busked at Pike Place Market for a time. Sax in the morning is a very good sound! Lovely portrait, V. I like that he's looking straight at you.
Wowie wow zowie, that's a good portrait. It seems unusual to see a saxophone player outdoors - the visual setting is fresh and appealing. And that title...
Oh my dears, you must have missed... A Little Sax in Paris http://paristhroughmylens.blogspot.com/2009/09/ahhh-little-sax-in-paris.html on my PTML blog. Sax in Paris is the best !! And Kim, you had me going there! :) V
